[00:00:33] RON: masterminds. And how is the impactors mastermind different?

[00:00:39] CORY: That is right. Ron this. How is the impact mastermind different? And this is what I love about it so much. Is. I was blessed to be around a lot of these in-person events that, you know, it was all about just referrals, all about just networking. And then I was got involved where I was facilitating this smaller group ones, where it was about [00:01:00] accountability. It was about training, but it still had the predominant thing of, of networks. And then we found a way to test it. Virtually, we found a way to match it up, mesh it all together. And so that is where it's different. That is where we've been able to do this, where it is not all about just coaching, right? Like there's a third of it is coaching training from us, from others, from people that are important to that specific group of people. And then a third of it is the accountability, right? Like, so you and I, we have a couple of frameworks that we came up with to help make sure. That people get the most out of everything Ron are right. So just thinking about the first thing, like, we're going to talk a little bit about what our two frameworks are that they get in the mastermind itself. And so from the training perspective, let's talk about that a little bit. And one of our favorite terms. A V T S Ron tell us.

[00:01:58] RON: Visibility traffic and saleslet'sis talking [00:02:00] about visibility. If you're not visible, if you're not visible to your people, your tribe, your customer, you don't exist. Period. End of story. We help you not only understand how to do that. We give you complete steps, how to do that. And we worked through those in the group. So then other like-minded people are like, that would get my. The next thing is traffic in VTS, right? So we got your visibility nailed down. Now we're going to talk about the different ways to get traffic paid organic. We love organic. We truly feel as you're starting out, it's the best way to kind of go, right? Get your feet wet, get you out there. You can test things more rapidly. You can put multiple things out there, and you're not wasting a ton of money that you don't have to acquire a customer right. The last piece sales, visible traffic leads into sales. Pretty simple. We're going to give you the exact steps, the exact framework we're going to help you. And you're going to get instant feedback on what you're putting out there before you put it out there. [00:03:00]

[00:03:00] CORY: That's right. So our VTS framework, visibility, traffic sales, you just covered. And that's one third of, of what the mastermind spot, right? Like that's one third of the trainings that we'll do will be Make you and even if, again, if it's not us, like make you a better sales person make you have better tools for your sales, make you understand all the aspects of traffic. And again, it's not always going to be us teaching it. So that's the fun part. But then the other third of our, the second, third, if you will, of the mastermind, the impactors mastermind is our gap framework and gap. What is gap? You ask it. Goals, accountability and planning. Okay. So a, if you're, it's one thing to say, I want a goal of $1 million. Okay. That's cool. Now, what are the steps that you need to take to get there? Right. And so we're going to plan and work through all that. And then, you know, and so it's been a weekly meeting, right? Like if you want a million dollars in 12 months, then [00:04:00] you're going to break it into 90 day sprints basically. And then we're going to figure out what do we need to do within those 90 days? Right? What are those steps that need to be taken to get there? And then each week we're going to say, okay, your goals were X, Y, and Z. What did you get done? And we're gonna talk about why, why not? Right? Like you hit X, Y, and Z, and you're goal did not move. You didn't improve. Well, maybe those are the wrong goals. Let's figure that out. Right? Like we're going to work together to make sure that you've got the right goals. Uh, and we're going to hold you accountable and go through the entire planning process each and every week. And that's the second, third of our impactors mastermind. So VTS can gap. And then the third part, we talked about it. Another episode, but we've got to bring it up because it's part of the mastermind itself and that is hot seats. Ron, go.

[00:04:47] RON: Yep. We have to, we have to talk about these, the hot seats, hot seats change the person's business that is being on the hot seat. And it also helps the people that are listening. If they're going at it with the same [00:05:00] open mind, how can I improve what this person is helping this person on? How can I incorporate it in mind. Right. And then you have to actually go take action steps.

[00:05:09] CORY: Yeah. And so it fits in with the no fluff, no BS, right? Cause it's just 20 minutes. How do we get it? Right. Have 20 minutes. And how can we get better at visibility, traffic or sales? And then 20 minutes on the accountability side, 20 minutes on the hot seat side, right? There's no time to mess around, like it is I'm all about those pieces and guess what you network and build relationships along the way and start partnering and planning and referring business and making a little money, right? Like all the fun stuff that you make, uh, when you partner with the right people. And so that's. That is the impact is vast by broken up into three parts, allowing you to improve what you do for your visibility, for your traffic, for yourself, allowing you to be better at setting your goals, being accountable to those goals and planning for those goals. And then getting on the hot seat and getting the right people, getting [00:06:00] eyeballs on your stuff. Right. Practice your pitch and all the fun stuff that comes along with it. So I love the impact mastermind and I cannot wait to see you guys there.
